Arranging Tee Times at Willowbrook

Arranging tee times at Willowbrook is very simple, advanced online booking and phone booking options available 7 days in advance to book your reservation. If you require a reservation for a group, please contact the Pro Shop at 716-434-0111 x23 to discuss hosting a golf outing or tournament at Willowbrook.

Willowbrook Golf Course Tee Time Booking Policies:

• Policies & Procedures for Tee Times can be scheduled (7) days in advance
• You may book a maximum of Two (2) Foursome Tee Times
• Any amount over the allotted eight players is considered an event and must be approved through our events coordinator
• Every Player must have their own golf bag and clubs. If a player does not have a golf bag and clubs they are available for rent in the golf pro shop
• Proper golf attire is required for the use of the golf facilities, including practice facility
• Spectators are permitted, but they will be charged a full cart fee
• Open-toed shoes are not acceptable
• Outside alcohol is not permitted, beer is on sale at the pro shop
• We ask that your party checks in at the golf shop 15-minutes prior to your tee times
• Willowbrook open golf rates are listed on the website
